March & April – Events & Markets
Exciting events are on the horizon, and MuXu Creations is thrilled to be part of them! From showcasing original watercolor paintings at Torque Coffee to participating in slow fashion and sustainability-focused events, there are plenty of opportunities to connect, chat, and celebrate art, community, and sustainable fashion.
Catch my 15 original watercolors at Torque Coffee Art Wall in North Park now through March 21, or join me at the International Women’s Day Market on March 8 at WNDR Museum for a night of music, live sewing, and local women-led businesses. You can also find my work in the Group Art Show “Pink” at Subterranean Coffee, featuring my pink flower cactus watercolor from March 9 to March 30.
Looking ahead, March 23 marks the Zero Waste Textile Expo, where MuXu will showcase patches from original watercolors and one-of-a-kind MuXu jackets, all crafted from preexisting textiles. Then, on April 12, we’ll be at the Bountiful Earth Benefit, an award-winning pop-up market featuring an upcycled fashion show, live music, and sustainable vendors. Finally, on April 27, I’ll be at the Goodwill Textile Show, demonstrating how to turn preexisting textiles into something new and meaningful.
Let’s connect, talk about slow fashion, sustainability, and creativity, and continue growing together as a community. See you there!
