If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You may return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange for a different product of the same value. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All the returned pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we get the product back, we will refund it accordingly.
Exception: We do not accept exchanges or returns on custom orders.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send a request with the designated Form below clearly stating the order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will respond as quickly as we can after reviewing the case and its eligibility.
